This drop in extractor is made of A2 tool steel, and EDM machined to precise tolerances, this eliminates the issues typically found in titanium or stamped steel extractors. It is designed as a direct replacement for your existing Ruger 10/22 extractor, and will not be subject to rounding or "rolling" of the extractor that is commonly found on other extractors. It is hardened to RC 58-60 and has a hook that is .005" closer to the rim of the cartridge for improved extraction. Includes another spring for easy installation.
